CAN YOU GUARANTEE RESULTS?
Your results will be largely based on your commitment to the program and your level of motivation. Changes will be necessary. Nutritional changes, lifestyle changes, and supplements all play an important role in the healing process. Everybody is different and not all people will respond the same. Unfortunately, I can not guarantee any outcome, but I firmly believe your health and fertility will improve if you are willing to implement the changes and suggestions in my program and our 1:1 consultations.
WHAT ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE HAIR TISSUE MINERAL ANALYSIS?
I will include detailed instructions with your HTMA kit, however it is important to know a few key factors. Your hair must be clean and free from mineral buildup. It is important to wash with clarifying (stripping) shampoo and rinse with distilled water at least two times prior to taking your hair sample. You want to clip your hair sample from as close to the scalp as possible. You will only want to include the 1-2 inches closest to the scalp and discard the rest. This will ensure accurate results for your current metabolic profile. The test kit will include a scale to make sure you cut enough hair, but on average you will want one heaping teaspoon.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
My packages are non-refundable. All sessions must be used within the time frame listed. If you are making payments instead of paying in full, and you wish to cancel the remaining sessions, please message my 14 days prior to your next billing cycle and I will cancel your remaining payments and sessions. If a program was part of your package and you choose to cancel before paying in full you will be unenrolled and lose access to all prior material associated with that program. In extenuating circumstances, and at my sole discretion, you may be eligible to be refunded (minus a $25 admin fee) if you cancel within 3 business days.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEES AND TO P.O. BOXES?
I ship anywhere in the United States, including P.O. boxes. Unfortunately, I do not currently ship overseas.
DO YOU HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Depending on the package you purchase, I will be available via email support for a specified time period from the receipt of your results. In case of emergency or follow up appointment, I am available by phone.
