During our time together we will be covering lab analysis in addition to dietary and lifestyle strategies to help achieve optimal health. 

Includes:

• One  60 minute inital 1:1 consultation where we discsuss your intake forms, prior labs, protocols, etc. I will recommend additional lab testing based on findings. 

• One labs analysis via Zoom (approximately 90 minutes)

• Five  30-45 minute check in sessions within 4-6 months of initial session.

• 12-week DIY Foundations of Health Program to go through at your own pace.

• Discounted additional sessions if needed.

• 15% discount on supplements from professional dispensary.

• Thorough intake, including Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, Initial health intake form, food journal evaluation.

•  Messaging via secure platform as needed between sessions.
