• One  90 minute inital 1:1 consultation where we discsuss your intake forms, prior labs, protocols, etc. I will recommend additional lab testing based on findings. 

• One labs analysis via Zoom (approximately 60-90 minutes)

• Five  30-45 minute check in sessions within 4-6 months of initial session.

• 12-week DIY Foundations of Health Program to go through at your own pace.

• Thorough intake, including Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, Initial health intake form, food journal evaluation.
